Early Childhood Education Receptionist

As a dedicated Early Childhood Education Receptionist, you will play a vital role in the smooth operation of our Centre.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with our team at Little Zak's Academy, where we provide early childhood care and education in a safe, welcoming, adopting and nurturing environment.

We pride ourselves on being part of a supportive community that values the importance of maintaining an optimum level of care and education for all children.

This is a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Centre, working closely with our Educators to ensure the delivery of high-quality childcare services.

Key Responsibilities
  • General reception duties including answering phones, directing queries, printing, collating and distributing weekly materials
  • Assisting with day-to-day operations of the Centre, managing office supplies, filing and scanning
  • Covering lunch breaks and supporting ratio as required

The ideal candidate will possess a Certificate III/Diploma/Teaching Degree in Early Childhood Education & Care, strong administrative and organisational skills, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, high-level computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office suite, strong customer service skills, excellent time management and scheduling skills, demonstrated active listening, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and ability to work calmly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
