Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage approximately 500 lots.
  • Properties are relatively local to the office, resulting in minimal travel.
  • Part-time hours; however, after-hours AGMs may be required occasionally.
  • Conduct AGM meetings.
  • Arrange maintenance services.
  • Communicate effectively with owners.
  • Utilize Stratafy software to streamline processes.
Support for the Role
  • Drafting AGM notices, scheduling, and minute preparation.
  • Drafting budgets for optimal financial management.
  • Accounts processing and query management.
  • Issuing levies to homeowners.
  • Management fee management.
  • Access to a dedicated receptionist for administrative support.
  • Updates to the Strata Roll.
  • Ongoing committee updates.
  • Insurance claims, renewals, and valuations.
  • ATO requirements compliance.
