Senior Educator Role

At Goodstart Early Learning, we're seeking a dedicated and passionate Senior Educator to lead our team of Educators in delivering exceptional educational programs. As a Senior Educator, you'll take charge of your own room, guiding your team to create engaging and inclusive learning experiences for our children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of Educators to deliver high-quality educational programs
  • Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to develop and implement educational strategies
  • Observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices to ensure the best possible outcomes for our children
  • Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment that meets the needs of all children

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood or ACECQA-approved equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current QLD Working with Children Check/Blue Card
