About Our Kindergarten Team

Hoban Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team at a local City Council Kindergarten Service. As a pioneering educator, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of young children and contributing to their growth and development.

Key Responsibilities

  • We are looking for an educator who can implement and maintain high-quality programs in accordance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Law, Regulations, and approved Early Learning Frameworks.
  • Create a warm and inclusive environment, fostering positive partnerships with families and supporting the participation of all children, including those with additional needs.
  • Work in partnership with families, encouraging their involvement in the kindergarten community, and engage in ongoing professional development to enhance knowledge and skills.
  • Assist in centre administration requirements and maintain hygiene standards.

Requirements

  • Graduate Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education.
  • Current VIT Card.
  • Knowledge of legislative requirements, developmental frameworks, and NQF.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement high-quality early years educational programs.
  • Current Working with Children's Check, ACECQA approved First Aid, CPR, Mandatory Child Protection Certificate, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Management Certificates.
  • Recent Police check within the last 6 months.
  • Current Driver's License (desirable).
