Contact Centre Representative - Central Coast Opportunity

About This Role

At our purpose-built office space on the Central Coast, we are seeking a highly skilled Contact Centre team member to provide exceptional customer service and support to patients.


Key Responsibilities

This role involves managing inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy. You will be responsible for:

  1. Booking patients into a wide range of imaging procedures
  2. Advising patients on pre-appointment preparation
  3. Accurately entering patient and referrer information across systems
  4. Processing billing and liaising with referring doctors and technical teams

We offer extensive initial and ongoing training to ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this role.

This is a casual position offering a flexible schedule.
