Job Title: State Network Manager

Reporting to the National Network Manager, the State Network Manager will be responsible for providing business support, coaching, and resources to franchisees while driving growth in line with the company's vision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster strong, sustainable relationships with franchise owners and teams across New South Wales
  • Ensure consistent and equitable service to Century21 franchisees within the network
  • Conduct detailed Desktop Analysis and develop follow-up action plans
  • Proactively communicate with offices on performance-enhancing initiatives
  • Maintain a record of each franchise owner's business objectives
  • Encourage the adoption of the Century21 Business Plan in all offices
  • Monitor financial performance by implementing management accounts and reviewing office figures to ensure profitability
Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in real estate
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong presentation and relationship-building skills
  • Keen attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience with franchise organizations
  • Familiarity with webinar tools such as Zoom or Google Hangouts
