We have an exciting opportunity for you to make a real difference in remote Aboriginal communities as a Health Centre Coordinator or Manager.
About the Role- The successful candidate will lead daily operations, support staff, and deliver frontline patient care.
- In this challenging yet rewarding role, you will oversee clinic services, manage budgets, and provide clinical and operational leadership.
This position is perfect for individuals with strong communication skills, cultural awareness, and experience working in remote health or Aboriginal community-controlled services.
Your Responsibilities- You will be a Registered Nurse or Aboriginal Health Practitioner with a passion for delivering high-quality, culturally safe primary health care.
- A strong background in remote health or community-controlled service management is essential.
- Confidence in clinical care, team support, and operational leadership is required.
- You should have excellent communication and cultural awareness skills, as well as relevant qualifications such as WA-recognised REC, ALS, or Immunisation Provider certifications.
We welcome candidates with postgraduate health management experience, MMEx qualifications, or emergency care training.
