At Kieser Australia, we are seeking a highly skilled Exercise Scientist to join our team of dedicated professionals. This role is focused on educating and supervising clients on the training floor to achieve long-term health outcomes through strength training.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Exercise and Sport Science or a related field and be able to apply scientific concepts and evidence-based practices to support clients. Key responsibilities include conducting 1:1 and group sessions, strength assessments, and movement analysis, as well as providing evidence-based advice on health, fitness, and physical performance.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct 1:1 and group sessions, strength assessments, and movement analysis
  • Apply scientific concepts and evidence-based practices to support clients
  • Provide evidence-based advice on health, fitness, and physical performance
  • Develop and implement exercise prescriptions and plans for clients
  • Establish, assess, and reassess goals for new and long-term clients
