The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Bachelors Degree/Diploma Qualified/Certificate 3 Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As an educator, you will have the opportunity to create a positive impact on the lives of children and make a real difference in their educational journey.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • To work collaboratively with a team of experienced educators to plan and implement engaging learning programs
  • To establish and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • To contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote quality care and education
  • To participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Education or a related field
  • Experience working in an early childhood setting or a similar role
  • Sound knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
  • Ability to write high-quality learning stories and link them to the EYLF outcomes
  • Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • Current Working with Children Check (WA)
