">As a Legal Case Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:- ">
- Providing administrative support to judicial registrars, including coordinating the management of proceedings, liaising with parties, and preparing correspondence.
- Assisting with registrar court work, including listing matters on the Court's case management system and undertaking post-court work.
- Coordinating mediations and case conferences, ensuring facilities are arranged according to requirements, and maintaining accurate records on the Court's case management system.
- Undertaking preparatory work for lists, including liaising with parties and listing matters on the Court's case management system.
- Assisting with preliminary work required for public examinations, attending examinations as needed, and ensuring accurate recording of outcomes and listing details.
Required Skills and Qualifications

- Experience providing administrative support to legal practitioners.
- Knowledge of the FCA and FCFCOA jurisdiction, practices, and procedures.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, underpinned by exceptional attention to detail.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to evaluate large volumes of information quickly and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- The ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, with strong interpersonal skills and Court-appropriate presentation.
- Demonstrated proficiency with administrative tasks and technology, including electronic legal resources and the Court's case management systems.
