Job Title: Residential Account Manager Broker Aggregator Relationships
About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Residential Account Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with aggregators, brokers, and operational partners.
- Develop and execute strategies to strengthen broker awareness of our products and services.
- Work closely with aggregator sales teams and brokers to ensure that proposed deals meet our risk appetite and lending criteria.
- Meet or exceed targeted monthly loan volumes.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Proven business or consumer lending experience, with a focus on third-party residential lending.
- At least 5 years of business development experience in banking/financial services.
- Established relationships in the third-party broking sector.
- A proven ability to develop long-lasting relationships with key external stakeholders and internal stakeholders.
- Strong consultation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to influence and motivate others.
- High standard of ethics and integrity at all times.
- Strong analytical skills and high degree of numeracy.
