Early Childhood Educator Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our centre.

About the Position:

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and qualified educator to create a nurturing and engaging environment that supports the holistic development of our children.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement innovative early learning programs aligned with current thinking and best practice
  • Maintain strong relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the centre community
  • Document and share children's learning and development with families
  • Contribute to the implementation and adoption of the centre's curriculum framework
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A completed Diploma or Certificate III in Children's Services
  • Prior experience in long day-care
  • Sound knowledge and implementation of the National Quality Framework and the Early Years Learning Framework
  • A current Working with Children's Check
