About This Job- We are seeking a Trainee Factual Investigator to join our team on a day-to-day basis.
- Preparation and writing of formal reports and documents;
- Review investigator field notes;
- Conduct enquiries and liaise with clients and investigators;
- Ongoing investigations administration and support.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of administrative experience.
- An interest in investigations and/or law enforcement.
- Excellent writing skills, grammar, spelling and report preparation abilities.
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office).
- Time management and organisational skills.
- Great customer focus and dedication.
- A confident and pleasant approach to phone and email enquiries.
- A meticulous eye for detail and accuracy.
