Job Overview

A Security Specialist is responsible for ensuring the secure and reliable operation of Hardware Security Modules (HSMs) and Identity Access Management (IAM) systems.

The role involves deploying, configuring, maintaining, and monitoring HSMs, handling cryptographic key lifecycle, developing and enforcing IAM policies, managing user identities and roles, and conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IAM principles and cryptographic key management, hands-on experience with various HSM technologies and vendors, and effective communication and collaboration skills.

Main Responsibilities
  • HSM Administration: Deploy, configure, maintain, and monitor HSMs to ensure secure and reliable operation.
  • Cryptographic Key Management: Handle cryptographic key lifecycle—generation, distribution, rotation, and revocation.
  • IAM Policy Development: Develop and enforce IAM policies aligned with security standards.
  • User Identity Management: Manage user identities and roles, ensuring access is granted based on business needs.
  • Security Audits & Compliance: Conduct regular audits to ensure HSM and IAM systems comply with internal and external standards.
  • Troubleshooting & Support: Provide technical support for HSM and IAM-related issues.
Key Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of IAM principles and cryptographic key management.
  • Hands-on experience with various HSM technologies and vendors.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex HSM/IAM issues.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
