Real Time Insights Manager
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team, responsible for real-time management of customer support.
This role is part of the Workforce Planning team, overseeing the scheduling and allocation of resources to ensure optimal performance outcomes.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Monitoring call volumes and agent adherence to ensure appropriate resource allocation.
- Identifying opportunities for improvement in processes and performance.
- Schedule optimisation, ensuring all activities including leave are scheduled in line with staffing requirements and Award conditions.
Key skills required include excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to make effective decisions with limited information, strong planning and organisational skills, high attention to detail, and a high level of numeracy and literacy skills.
Desirable skills include contact centre experience, workforce management experience in a multi-channel call centre environment, and intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
