About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Officer to join our team at MAX Solutions. As a Field Officer, you will play a critical role in supporting our customers through a range of Work for the Dole activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster and develop strong relationships with customers to identify their needs and preferences.
  • Work closely with MAX operational sites, other jobactive Providers, and community networks to establish projects that deliver program objectives.
  • Develop and negotiate project proposals, contracts, and agreements with external providers.
  • Identify potential host organisations for Individual/ group placements that meet the demands of the region.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with high level interpersonal and organisational skills, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to build relationships with Employers/ Community Groups. You will also need to be a problem solver, able to work autonomously, and have a mature attitude.

Key Skills
  • Ability to quickly build effective and positive working relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Highly capable in negotiating business solutions with external providers.
  • Advanced level of communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Strong positive problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
Required Experience
  • Experience in a similar role and/or in business development and account management.
  • Highly capable in negotiating business solutions with external providers.
  • Excellent administration skills.
