OTR Tyre Technician Role

Otraco International is a world-class provider of earthmover tyre management services to the mining industry. For over 50 years, our credentials are based on a proven ability to reduce tyre operation costs for major mining companies while maximising productivity and safety.

We have a presence on over 30 mining operations in Western Australia, with long-term contracts in place with some of the mining industry's biggest producers. Additionally, we ensure our staff have ongoing industry training and work in safe environments.

The Role:

  • Working in a team environment on a range of machinery, predominately CAT fleet 793s

About You:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Earthmover tyre fitting on mine sites
  • Certificate II in Automotive Mechanical Tyre Fitting Heavy; AUR21916/AUR21920 (essential)
  • An HR Drivers Licence
  • A high level of initiative and ability to work well under pressure
  • An understanding that safety is paramount, with a high attention to detail to abide by site safety procedures
  • Ability to work autonomously
