Experience Leader for Gelato Events

We are seeking a highly skilled Experience Leader to manage and deliver exceptional customer experiences at our gelato events across Queensland.

This is a key leadership role that requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as a passion for people, food and customer service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of gelato events, building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, and collaborating with our Brand & Marketing Team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing event strategies to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Leading a high-performing team of events staff to deliver outstanding customer experiences
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders through effective communication and relationship management
  • Collaborating with the Brand & Marketing Team to drive event sales and revenue growth
