Job Summary:
CHC Group Offshore Services Australia is seeking an experienced Aircrew Officer to join our team as a Check and Training Specialist. This role will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of flying discipline are maintained throughout our helicopter operations.
About the Role:
The Check and Training Specialist will support our helicopter operations by conducting checks and training of Company Crew Officers. This will involve ensuring that all pilots meet the required standards and are equipped to perform their duties safely and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular checks of Company Crew Officers to ensure they meet the required standards
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills of Company Crew Officers
- Collaborate with the Head of Training to ensure that all training requirements are met
- Conduct training under the OMD, under the supervision of the Head of Training
Requirements:
- Minimum 1000 hours of rotary wing experience
- Current CASA Class II Medical Certificate
- Current HUET/EBS
- Previous checking and training experience
- Previous SAR Aircrew and Rescue Crew Officer experience
