About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Centre Director to lead our team at Day One Early Learning Centres. As a Centre Director, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of care and education for our children, while also managing the daily operations of the centre.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of educators to deliver high-quality early childhood education and care
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Manage budgets, ratios, rosters, and staffing requirements to ensure the smooth operation of the centre
  • Develop and maintain relationships with families, educators, and other stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with a minimum of 5 years' experience as a Centre Director
  • Early Childhood qualifications, including First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificates
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with others
  • Current Suitability Card and a happy disposition
