Inspiring Leader

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Centre Director to lead our team at Bright Steps Academy. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering high-quality education and have a genuine interest in inspiring people.
The successful applicant will have a strong leadership background within Early Childhood Education, with a minimum of 2 years experience. An ECT qualification or Diploma is also highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Leading, mentoring, and supporting an exceptional team of educators
- Ensuring the smooth operation of the centre, from enrolments to compliance
- Building strong partnerships with families and the local community
- Driving quality and continuous improvement throughout the organisation
Requirements
- Leadership experience within Early Childhood Education
- ECT qualification or Diploma
- Strong passion for delivering high-quality education
- Knowledge of NQF and EYLF standards
