Experienced Roller Shutter Technician Wanted

We are seeking an experienced Roller Shutter Installer to join our team. This is a challenging and rewarding role for a skilled technician who can install, repair, and service roller shutters and other access solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and electrical systems, with experience in fault-finding and rectification. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, communicating effectively with colleagues and clients on site.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Installation and Servicing: The successful candidate will be responsible for installing and servicing all types of roller shutters, including motorisations.
  • Fault Finding and Rectification: They will need to be able to diagnose and repair common and more complex problems with roller shutters and other access solutions.
  • Measurement and Ordering of Parts: Accurate measurement of replacement parts will be required, with the ability to order and obtain these parts in a timely manner.

We offer a competitive hourly rate, plus superannuation and overtime. You will also have the opportunity to join our voluntary after-hours emergency call roster, and will be provided with a fully maintained work vehicle, tools, PPE, and uniform. In addition, you will receive ongoing training and personal upskilling opportunities, as well as support from our management team.
