Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Security Operations Technician to join our team.

About the Role:

This is a permanent full-time position that will involve supporting the delivery of security access and control systems and services. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring building access control, card and profile management, security and emergency services are provided in accordance with policies and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of security access and control systems and services
  • Ensure building access control, card and profile management, security and emergency services are provided in accordance with policies and standards
  • Investigate and lead troubleshooting activities to resolve security systems incidents or faults
  • Monitor and respond to security alerts that are raised by security systems
  • Train support staff and create relevant documentation and guides as training material

Requirements:

The successful candidate will have +5 years' experience in the delivery of security and access services, across large and complex property portfolios. They will also have experience and sound knowledge of security system management including access control, CCTV & alarm panels.
