Genesis Fitness is seeking a Membership Consultant to join our team. This exciting opportunity will allow you to meet and greet members as they enter the club, using your personality and charm to make them feel welcome.

The successful applicant will possess great communication skills, a passion for health and fitness, and enjoy meeting new people.

As a Membership Consultant, you will be responsible for achieving individual and team goals and targets set by the Club Manager. Your key responsibilities will include prospecting, touring, closing, generating leads, and assisting members.

You will actively seek new business for the club, providing prospective members with engaging and motivating details of our facility, classes, and packages to suit their needs.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Current First Aid & CPR Certification
  • National Police Check
  • Enjoy working as part of a team
  • Enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendly disposition
