About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Care Assistant - Hospitality to join our team at Bupa Mosman. As a key member of our hospitality function, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our residents in catering, cleaning, and laundry services.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain legislated workplace health and safety, quality and hygiene standards.
  • Complete required documentation and reporting.
  • Respond to residents' queries and requests.
  • Perform laundry duties including loading washers & dryers, sorting linen, hanging, folding, wrapping or ironing linen.
  • Assist with basic food preparation, provide meals and snacks, clear dining areas, and perform dishwashing duties.
  • Clean residents' rooms, bathrooms, communal and living areas.

Your Ideal Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience in cleaning or catering is preferred but not essential.
  • Flexible availability for a variety of shifts throughout the week.
  • A strong understanding of work health, safety, and hygiene practices and the ability to work unsupervised.
