We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to lead our educational programs, driving excellence in early years education.

About the Role:

As an Educational Leader, you will be responsible for collaborating with educators to enhance educational programs, deepening their understanding of child development and early years content. You will guide the application of the Early Years Learning Framework, leading transformative changes and championing excellence in educational practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead educational programs, driving excellence in early years education
  • Collaborate with educators to enhance educational programs
  • Guide the application of the Early Years Learning Framework
  • Lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current Provisional or Full ECE VIT registration or VIC WWC Check
