Key Responsibilities

This is a stable, full-time, permanent position that requires a qualified professional to work at our sites in Belconnen.

  • Hours: 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

You will be responsible for completing paint jobs following SMART processes and procedures, signing off on final colour, and maintaining spray booths, equipment, and robots daily.

Deliver Quality Results: Ensure all paint jobs meet the highest standards of quality and are completed within designated timeframes.

Maintain Workplace Safety: Identify and mitigate potential safety risks, adhere to company policies, and report incidents promptly.

Collaborate with Colleagues: Work effectively as part of a team to achieve common goals and objectives.

Requirements

We are looking for a trade-qualified professional with experience in collision repairs or similar industry, full Australian working rights, valid driver's license, and a commitment to safety and teamwork.

Essential Skills:
