The Opportunity

We are seeking experienced Legal Assistants and Legal Secretaries to join our Perth team. Our legal support team provides essential support to our lawyers, enabling them to deliver exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality work while managing deadlines and competing priorities.
  • Manage the billing process, including clients with specific requirements.
  • Assist partners and lawyers with client and cost reporting.
  • Coordinate internal and external appointments, including travel and diary management.
  • Prepare for meetings and coordinate post-meeting actions.

Skills and Experience:

  • Desirable experience in a legal secretary or administrative role.
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Teams.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise competing demands.
  • Responsive to changing circumstances and able to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
