Speech Pathology Professional

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Provisional Psychologist/BSP to provide exceptional Speech Pathology services to NDIS participants and support their inclusion in the community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver tailored Speech Pathology services to help NDIS participants achieve their goals.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Understand participant funding parameters to deliver targeted support.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Supervise and train assistants, volunteers, and students as required.
  • Maintain compliance with duty of care and quality service standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Provisional registration as a psychologist with AHPRA.
  • Ability to conduct behaviour assessments and design support plans.
  • Knowledge of The Positive Behaviour Support Capability framework and restrictive practice regulations.
  • Awareness of positive behavioural intervention and strengths-based practices principles.
  • Proficiency in administering psychological assessment tools and intervention strategies.
Professional Requirements:
  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
  • Working with Children's check.
  • Current Driver's license.
  • Current AHPRA registration.
