About this role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concession Store Manager to lead our team at Myer Karrinyup. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving day-to-day operations and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities:
  • Leading and developing your concession team to exceed performance targets
  • Creating a culture of customer-centric service through active coaching and mentorship
  • Maintaining a safe and supportive workplace, with operational excellence always front of mind
  • Managing product handling, loss prevention, visual merchandising and stock control
  • Recruiting, training and growing the skills and capabilities of your team
  • Collaborating with Myer partners on sales-driving, marketing and visual merchandising opportunities
  • Championing our brands through in-depth knowledge of our footwear offering
The ideal candidate:
  • Proven experience in concession or store-level retail leadership
  • A passion for footwear, fashion and creating memorable service moments
  • Skilled in providing tailored product recommendations with confidence
  • Comfortable with visual merchandising and lifting up to 10kg unassisted
  • A natural leader with experience coaching, mentoring and motivating others to achieve performance targets
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels
