Security Leadership Position

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to serve as a security leader for a prominent organization.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing various security duties, including access control, enforcement of policies, observation and reporting of hazards, and routine foot patrols. They will also be expected to interact with clients, visitors, public safety officials, employees, and the general public in a professional and courteous manner.

This position requires standing for prolonged periods of time, walking, bending, and some lifting. A portion of this role may involve sitting in front of a computer for extended periods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage security operations, including access control, policy enforcement, and hazard reporting.
  • Conduct regular security inspections and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients, visitors, and colleagues.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies.

This role requires excellent customer service skills, the ability to multitask, and proficiency in Microsoft office products. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of verifiable supervisory work experience and a Maryland Security Guard card.

Requirements
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
  • Must possess exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products.
  • Must be able to obtain a Maryland Security Guard card.
