Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Manager to join our Colliers team. As a key member of our Real Estate Management division, you will be responsible for managing building operations and presentation standards.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Manage key relationships with tenants and service providers
  • Make recommendations to improve environmental performance of clients' assets
  • Manage budgets and contribute to investment plans to maximize asset values
  • Control costs and expenditure

Accountabilities

  • Ensure building compliance and drive initiatives on engineering standards
  • Develop and enhance the team's portfolio of services
  • Manage the presentation and day-to-day operations of allocated properties
  • Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

  • Facilities, Engineering or Building Management role in a commercial environment
  • Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize
  • Experience using computer-based building maintenance and management systems
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders
