Fulltime Educator Job Opportunity

In this role, you will provide high-quality education and care for children from six weeks to six years of age. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising and interacting with children to create a safe and engaging environment.
  • Leading group activities and implementing educational programs to promote learning and development.
  • Ensuring the physical and emotional needs of children are met through regular check-ins and scheduled tasks such as changing nappies and serving meals.
  • Preparing and leading planned teacher-based activities that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace by adhering to the Centre's cleaning schedule.
  • Fostering social skills and encouraging positive relationships among children through play and interaction.
  • Supporting children in making informed choices and promoting their independence.

To succeed in this position, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A Diploma/Cert 3 or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education is required.
  • You must have current First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Anaphylaxis and Asthma training is also necessary.
  • A valid Working with Children Check is mandatory.
  • It is essential to demonstrate a genuine passion for working with children and a commitment to providing exceptional care and education.
