This two-year rotational program is open to graduates from all academic backgrounds and includes:

  • Collaborating with experts across multiple disciplines
  • Becoming a resilient and resourceful individual with strong analytical and communication skills

For this role, we're looking for individuals who hold a bachelor's degree in any field of study and have full working rights in Australia and/or New Zealand. They should be people-oriented with strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build relationships.

The programme is designed to develop tomorrow's leaders today, providing structured training and mentorship to build skills and confidence to lead now and into the future.

Marketing involves understanding people's needs, what they care about, and how to connect with them meaningfully. It's creative, fast-moving, and constantly evolving.

We're looking for social-first thinkers interested in social media trends, influencers, and using platforms like TikTok, Instagram to engage consumers meaningfully. If you love storytelling, creativity, and thinking outside the box, this is the place for you.
