The successful applicant will support attorneys in various family law matters, including divorce, child custody, and property division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting legal research and analysis related to family law matters
  • Preparing and drafting legal documents, such as affidavits, parenting plans, and financial disclosure statements
  • Assisting with case management, including scheduling hearings, organizing evidence, and managing deadlines
  • Communicating effectively with clients, attorneys, opposing counsel, and court personnel
  • Providing support during mediation or court proceedings

To succeed in this role, you will have a strong understanding of family law procedures and regulations. Excellent research, writing, and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills, along with proficiency in legal software and database systems, are also required.
