Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering outstanding patient care with meticulous documentation
  • Providing clear and effective communication with clients and healthcare teams
  • Working collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to achieve excellent patient outcomes

Requirements for this role include:

  • A current National Police Clearance
  • A valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
  • Current Nursing Registration (if applicable)
  • CPR Certificate
  • First Aid Certificate
  • NDIS Clearance
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • General nursing or home care experience preferred
