Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee all aspects of our outlet's operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring high standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and service. Your strong leadership skills and passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences will make you an ideal candidate for this role.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to maintain exceptional food and beverage quality, presentation, and service standards.
  • Train, mentor, and supervise staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Create and maintain menus that reflect current culinary trends and meet guest preferences.
  • Maintain inventory levels and manage ordering to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, creating a safe and enjoyable environment for all.
  • Collaborate with other departments to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Prior experience in a similar role with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of wine, spirits, and cocktails along with passion for delivering outstanding food experiences.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and inventory effectively.
