Beach Access Manager

As a Coastal Management Specialist, you will lead high-performing teams in coastal resource management activities.
The RoleThis role involves coordinating projects, providing quality customer service, and supervising contracted machine works for beach and access maintenance.
You will also undertake beach access tree and vegetation management, pruning, and dispersal, as well as brush cutting. Your day-to-day tasks may include leading projects or operational site activities, supporting teams with materials, work processes, and performance.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you must have demonstrated experience working outdoors in public spaces with minimal supervision, leading small effective teams, and coordinating employees, contractors, materials, and conflicting priorities.
You should have sound written and oral communication skills, using business technologies such as MS Office Suite, mobile devices, asset management systems, customer and property management systems.
A pre-employment medical assessment is required for this position, and you must be willing to participate.
