Develop and deploy cloud applications with robustness and efficiency at their core. Your understanding of development team challenges will help them write clean, maintainable code.

Key Responsibilities
  • Help develop and deploy cloud-based applications with integrated robustness and efficiency
  • Understand and address issues faced by the development team to improve code quality

We are looking for a junior DevOps engineer who can work closely with the development team. This role requires a calm, logical approach in a fast-paced environment, as well as strong communication skills to keep stakeholders informed.

The successful candidate will have experience working with Windows Server and Linux, as well as proficiency in programming languages such as Javascript, Typescript, CSS/HTML, Python, and bash.

Azure, AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes are also essential tools for this role. Strong knowledge of infrastructure as code is required, including CloudFormation and Terraform.

Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Experience with monitoring and observability tools
  • Ability to work on call every three weeks
