Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in employment services or a similar frontline role.
- Proven track record of supporting people with disabilities into meaningful employment.
- Degree in a relevant field such as community services, disability services, or a related discipline.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
