Seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Full Stack Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing social media accounts, executing on social media strategies, and developing and executing content and social media plans to improve organic inbound acquisition channels, brand authority, and social proof.

As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic and programmatic ABM (Account-Based Marketing) programs to drive growth and support both field and inside sales teams. You will also project manage an external PR agency, briefing in topics and owned data, ensuring KPIs are achieved to build media presence and brand voice in the market.

In addition, you will design and execute multi-channel lifecycle marketing campaigns to drive growth and support both field and inside sales teams. You will also execute marketing automation and nurture programs to ensure ongoing optimisation and effectiveness. Utilising digital marketing tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, and Webflow, you will target audiences effectively and measure demand generation campaign performance.

You will produce and analyse monthly reports on engagement, conversion rates, and campaign success, providing actionable insights and recommendations. You will also research and experiment with new marketing tactics, using a 'Lean testing' approach to refine strategies and enhance results.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about marketing and has a strong understanding of the residential real estate industry. If you have a keen understanding of SEO and the role of content marketing across multiple channels, we would love to hear from you.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • BSc/BA in Marketing, Communications or similar field.
  • Digital industry training, certificates highly regarded (e.g. Hubspot Marketing Academy, Google Academy, etc).
  • CRM knowledge - Salesforce is preferred.
