Cater Care Australia is seeking a skilled Culinary Professional to join our team at our aged care residence in Mosman. This permanent part-time position offers an excellent opportunity for those passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality meals for our residents, ensuring their culinary needs are met while maintaining a clean and safe working environment. Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing and presenting food according to menu specifications
• Stock management and ordering to maintain adequate inventory levels
• Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen area
• Ensuring adherence to food safety and hygiene practices
• Providing exceptional customer service with a positive attitude

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

• Previous experience in a commercial kitchen or similar environment
• Knowledge of food preparation and presentation techniques
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical stamina to perform tasks involving manual labor
