The role of the Clinical Education Specialist involves creating, developing, and delivering clinical education through a structured training program. This position will support the growth and development of employees who require clinical skills to provide care.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop evidence-based clinical education programs.
- Deliver engaging presentations on clinical topics.
- Conduct competency assessments and provide recommendations.
- Design new clinical education modules using various delivery methods.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning within the organisation.
- A tertiary qualification in a clinical field, preferably nursing.
- Current AHPRA registration with no restrictions.
- Certificate III in training and assessment is desirable.
- Graduate qualifications such as Master of Education or Master of Nursing are also desirable.
- Experience in designing and delivering clinical education.
- Experience in assessing competence and delivering clinical education.
