Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Contract Supervision Expert to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising contract activities, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and delivering high-quality results.

Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise contract activities to ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
  2. Coordinate and plan contract work schedules, allocating resources as needed.
  3. Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  4. Maintain accurate records and reports, documenting contract progress and any issues arising.
  5. Identify opportunities for process improvements, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement change.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, fostering trust and open communication.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in contract supervision or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
