Medical Support Role

You will be the primary representative of the Allied Health Department, maintaining exceptional reception and performing administrative duties to provide an efficient and timely service to patients, stakeholders, and consultants.

The Position
  • Maintain confidentiality in line with our policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for tasks in a professional and timely manner, including customer service, answering telephones, cash handling, invoicing, reporting, and other administrative functions.
  • Greet patients politely and ensure the appointment system is run efficiently.
  • Advise patients of billing processes, issue invoices and receipts, process payments, prepare banking, and reconcile accounts.
  • Collect, organize, and monitor data efficiently, booking, cancelling, and rescheduling appointments, follow-up of accounts, and schedule hospital theatre lists, tests, and obtain external medical reports as required by medical professionals.
