In this Safety Advisor role, you will have the opportunity to join our existing HSE Team on FIFO shutdown and project work. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading Safety Initiatives: Develop and implement effective safety strategies to ensure a safe working environment for our employees and clients.
  • Incident Investigations: Conduct thorough investigations into incidents and accidents, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Mentoring and Training: Provide training and guidance to employees on safe work practices, risk management and HSE policies and procedures.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess and mitigate risks associated with our operations, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

You will also support the site leadership team on HSE matters and contribute to the development and implementation of our HSEQ Management System.
