About the RoleThis part-time opportunity is located in Echuca, with a roster of 60 hours per fortnight. You will work Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 8:45am to 5:15pm.
Key Responsibilities- Explore customers' needs through in-depth conversations to help them achieve their financial goals and collaborate with specialists within the branch
- Support our customers with their digital literacy and online banking needs as we continue to innovate our offerings
- Become our customers' go-to person for anything from processing transactions, handling cash, investigating queries or assisting with paperwork, all while keeping risk considerations at the forefront
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Experience in a customer service environment and ability to achieve targets
- Strong attention to detail to ensure secure, accurate transactions with a risk mindset
- Confidence to communicate with new and existing customers face to face and over the phone
