Job Opportunity

The role of a Service Advisor is pivotal in delivering exceptional customer satisfaction by providing timely resolutions and fostering strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering first-class customer interactions, focusing on convenience and efficient issue resolution.
  • Liaising with internal workshop teams to ensure seamless job completion and prompt vehicle return to customers.
  • Effective communication with customers, ensuring timely updates on additional work required on their vehicle.
  • Accurately reconciling Repair Orders to Invoices, confirming open repair orders and preparing invoices upon work completion.

Essential Skills:

  • Demonstrating excellent face-to-face and telephone customer service skills.
  • Desire and ability to learn and follow direction.
  • Quick thinking, solutions-focused with strong issue resolution ability.
  • Calm, positive attitude with ability to multi-task and excel in demanding environments.
  • Adaptable, flexible, punctual, and reliable (early mornings and Saturday rosters).
  • Ability to communicate clearly with strong command of English.
