About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Fitter to join our team in the Engineering department at Fremantle Hospital. As an Electrical Fitter, you will be responsible for maintaining a high-quality environment for patients, staff, and site users by carrying out electrical repair, maintenance, and installation services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair electrical systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety
  • Install new electrical systems and equipment as required
  • Liaise with other staff members and contractors to ensure efficient and effective maintenance and repair services
  • Conduct regular inspections and testing to identify potential issues and prevent downtime
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • Relevant trade qualification and experience in electrical fitting and maintenance
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems and equipment
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of physical fitness and ability to work at heights
