Financial Transaction Processor

We are seeking a skilled and organized Accounts Payable Specialist to manage our global accounts payable processes. This role offers the opportunity to work with a leading e-commerce brand, delivering fashion-forward apparel and accessories worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:- Review and enter global Stock/COGS invoices received from suppliers
- Generate weekly payment reports and determine required stock payments based on supplier terms
- Assist with entering Operational invoices received by department heads, ensuring appropriate approvals
- Obtain supplier credit notes for short shipments of stock and packaging rebates
- Process bill payments in the ERP, monitoring discount opportunities and due dates
- Reconcile supplier statements and chase up invoice discrepancies
- Set up new suppliers in the ERP and ensure compliance with current GST legislation
- Verify all invoices comply with ATO guidelines
- Manage the invoice electronic filing system and provide documentation at audit
- Minimum 2 years experience as an Accounts Payable Officer in an e-commerce/retail business desired
- A team player willing to assist tasks outside of role scope to support business priorities
- Immediate experience with Excel
- A high attention to detail with ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to multitask and be hands-on
